A few years ago and many miles away I stayed at a Hyatt hotel in South Carolina somewhere. Names and dates elude me, but one thing stuck with me for all this time. Banana Pecan French Toast. I shall never forget the delicious flavors of this breakfast treat. Too bad I can't remember where I had it.
